This role provides both strategic and tactical HR support and guidance to stakeholders, in addition to delivering solutions which foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Business Partnering for Head Office:
- Understand business needs and provide HR support and services
- Implement HR initiatives in alignment with Group Human Resources leadership direction
- Provide advice on all HR-related matters including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning and employee retention strategies
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
- Drive the creation and implementation of employee engagement and well-being programs
- Partner with people leaders to address employee relations issues, provide coaching and conflict resolution support
Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive work environment through ideation and delivery of effective employee engagement initiatives
- Facilitate consistent employee experience by introducing effective feedback and evaluation mechanism, improvement solutions and progress tracking
- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies, promoting a consistent and fair approach to managing employee issues
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures which align with best practices and legal requirements for sustainable industrial harmony
- Develop and track HR metrics to identify trends and mitigate HR-related risks, providing proactive solutions to potential issues
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances and disputes, and provide recommendations for resolution
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administartion or any related field.
- Minimim of 8 Years experience as HR Generalist
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- HR Management System
- Microsoft Office
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to provide data-driven insights and solutions
- Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to influence and align
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Pay: Up to RM18,600.00 per month
