Leasing & Tenancy Administration Executive
JOB SUMMARY
To plan and carry out direct leasing activities in order to maintain and develop new leases in accordance with business plans as well to prepare tenancy agreements according to company policies and legislative requirements; and oversees the handing over of premises to tenants.
Job Descriptions :
i) Plans and executes leasing activities according to agreed budgets, the tenant mix of the shopping mall, and timescales.
ii) Maintains and expands the database retailers and prospective retailers.
iii) Responds to and follows up on leasing enquiries via post, telephone, and personal visits.
iv) Fosters good working relationships with tenants and attends to their queries and complaints accordingly.
v) To manage, organize and update reports related to tenancy agreement, master list for rental and etc.
vi) Monitors and reports on tenants’ activities.
vii) Conducts market and competitor research, as well as customer surveys.
viii) To prepare e-memo for renewal and other related tenancy matters.
ix) To assist in follow up the Tenancy Agreement for new and renewal cases.
x) To assist in rental collection.
xi) To assist in supervising and managing the sales reports for retail lots, kiosks and push carts for the mall.
xii) Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :
i) Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
ii) Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates who are interested are welcome to apply.
iii) Excellent interpersonal skills.
iv) Possesses mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
v) Effective communications and presentation skills.
vi) Able to read and interpret documents such as tenant agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
