RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, utilities, collecting and sort receipt and organizing company events.
  • Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, updating company profile and data entry to ensure efficient office functioning.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, car rental, accommodations, and itineraries for staff and management.
  • Monitor GPS tracker of each company’s car.
  • Assist with correspondence, including handling emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors and service providers including payments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and organize company’s certificates, licenses, as well as maintaining vendor registrations by regularly checking the validity and ensure everything are up to date.
  • Support other departments with general administrative tasks as needed such as preparation tender, ensuring the office's overall efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma of Administration/Accounting/Management/Business Studies/Finance, insurance or equivalent.
  • Proficient with basic computer knowledge. (MS Excel & Words).
  • Willing to learn new different knowledge and apply on job tasks.
  • Possess own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
