Job Description
The employee shall perform all works relating to customer service, all operational work related and tour arrangement relating to inbound tours with all other tasks assigned by the Employer from time to time.
- Attend the customer inquiries on priority basis and respond to them immediately
- Handle guest complaints effectively
- Respond to inquiries and manage chats
- Guide the guest to their destination efficiently
- Purchase, collect and issuing attraction ticket (Issuing attraction ticket at ticket platform/ Collect attraction ticket at ticket counter/ Purchase ticket at ticket counter) - Grab will be booked by employer for ticket collection
- Provide good customer service support
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to operate ticketing website and have good knowledge in Microsoft excel
- Responsible and strong communication abilities
- Possess own vehicle
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn quickly
- We require a candidate who possesses good proficiency in English.
