
Admin Sales
· Prepare quotation
· Processing orders customer
· Call and follow up with customer
· Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
· Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
· Assist in email correspondences i.e. reply when required to, depending on urgency/follow up on email content requirement such as product inquiries and etc.
· Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
· Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
· Monthly sales report and sales update submission.
· Expediting orders through internal liaison.
· Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
· Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
· Update databases and customer records
· Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
·Manage daily sales activities including attend to sales enquiries for walk-in customer, call-in customers, potential buyers, emailing, website enquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
