Building Technician (Property Management Office)
a) To supervise, check and inspect all MEP installations to ensure its functioning; and to ensure that regular scheduled servicing of the installations are carried out as part of preventive maintenance.
b) To check and inspect all lightings, fittings and timers to ensure its functionality.
c) To record the meter readings of the mains bulk water meter and the sub-water meter readings.
d) To inspect toilets, plumbing installations and sanitary fittings at least twice a day and carry out all necessary maintenance and repair works.
e) To inspect all exit doors/door closers/locks/hinges and ensure that they are in good working condition.
f) To inspect, maintain and repair all finishes to the floors, walls and ceilings.
g) To inspect car parking lots and ensure that the paint delineating the car parking bays is clear and repaint bays when necessary.
h) To attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building after office hours.
i) To attend to enquiry/complaints pertaining to common property.
j) To carry out other duties pertaining to the work as directed by the Resident/Building Manager or its assign officer from time to time.
k) To be responsible for all cash, cheque and issuance of official receipts as and when required by the Resident/Building Manager.
l) To carry out other building maintenance works.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
