Job brief **
Tax Associate will be responsible for assisting in the audit and accounting teams in the areas of assessing compliance with existing tax legislation. Tax Associate will participate in all stage of audit and other assurance engagements, preparing tax consultancy reports by analyzing laws and regulations, interacting with client at all levels, leading and coaching other team members and ensuring timely and well structure/managed project delivery. Tax Associate will be participate in all aspects of running and delivering client tax projects including going advice to client and maintaining client’s relations.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing Draft Report, Commentaries and statutory financial statements
- Prepare tax computations, tax returns and compliance with tax submission deadlines;
- Calculating and legally minimizing tax liabilities;
- Liaising with Inland Revenue Dept and Customs and Excise departments.
- Handle a portfolio of tax clients, including corporate, partnership and individual
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with professional standards and requirement
- To perform any others related duties that the Tax Department require from time to time and others matter
Position Requirement
Formal Education, Certification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting /Banking/ Finance.
- Candidate must possess at least ACCA,CIMA or CPA or part qualification
- Possess strong knowledge in tax techniques
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadline in face organization

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
