Responsibility
- Attend to walk-in client with professional proposals.
- Prepare sales quotation, sales order and tax invoice for clientele.
- Liaise with suppliers and prepare purchase order.
- Create delivery order and submit to warehouse for all deliveries.
- Data entry for all company related documents such as payments vouchers and etc.
- Manage all company billing for utilities and etc.
- Provide support to both sales and marketing teams.
- Report directly to Managing Director and execute all other relevant job scope related to the position.
Requirements
- Min education at least Secondary level / SPM.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong attention to details.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
