Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday Half Day)

Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm

Job Description :

  • Assist in booking flight tickets for clients traveling for Umrah, ensuring the most suitable flight options are chosen based on their preferences and schedule.
  • Issue and reissue tickets, including modifications to existing bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Verify ticket information, including flight schedules, class, and fare details, ensuring accuracy before finalizing bookings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding ticket bookings, flight schedules, prices, and other travel-related questions.
  • Provide timely assistance to clients experiencing issues with their tickets or travel plans.
  • Communicate with clients regarding ticket changes, cancellations, or delays, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with any adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of ticket bookings, including client details, flight information, and payment confirmations.
  • Assist in handling travel-related documents for visa applications, ensuring clients have the necessary documents for their trip.
  • Work closely with airlines, travel suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth ticketing operations. 10) Assist in resolving any issues or complaints regarding ticketing or flight arrangements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
