Job Descriptions:
- Assures quality of service to all clients supported by the Contact Centre
- Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviours and skills
- Assist contact centre manager to achieve company objectives
- Handle all customers inquiries and complaints
- Providing support to customers and internal department
- Ensure all customers’ concerns are properly addressed
- Maintain good customer contacts and relationships
- Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education is SPM.
- Candidates with the related experiences is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on rotation/shift basis, on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Offday for 2 days per week.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Teamwork.
Working Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
