Job Descriptions:

  • Assures quality of service to all clients supported by the Contact Centre
  • Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviours and skills
  • Assist contact centre manager to achieve company objectives
  • Handle all customers inquiries and complaints
  • Providing support to customers and internal department
  • Ensure all customers’ concerns are properly addressed
  • Maintain good customer contacts and relationships
  • Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education is SPM.
  • Candidates with the related experiences is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work on rotation/shift basis, on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Offday for 2 days per week.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good Teamwork.

Working Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
