  • Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Administration of employee benefits, payroll, leave management and other related-HR matter
  • Responsible for periodical payroll and statutory payment activities
  • Person in charge for statutory departments reports submissions (SOCSO, EPF, LHDN & HRDF)
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as directed by the management
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the SME industry
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using AutoCount payroll system and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • A team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills
