- Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Administration of employee benefits, payroll, leave management and other related-HR matter
- Responsible for periodical payroll and statutory payment activities
- Person in charge for statutory departments reports submissions (SOCSO, EPF, LHDN & HRDF)
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

- Undertake ad hoc duties as directed by the management
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the SME industry
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using AutoCount payroll system and Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills
