and are currently looking for Supervisor/Service crew to join our exciting service team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To handle daily outlet operations from cashier to kitchen, and to work together as a team to achieve company goal which providing exceptional customer service experience and product quality.
1. Bear the responsibility of a Service Crew.
2. Responsible for the outlet when Outlet Supervisor and Managers are not present.
3. Responsible to report to Higher Management if actions were not taken on Outlets’ problems.
4. Reporting outlet conditions to Higher Management, Operation Managers, Outlets Managers or Outlet Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
1. Responsible for all financial issues (Daily Sales Report and Bank In) when respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers are not present.
2. Stock Management at outlet level. To inform manager or higher management if stock there are any stock issue which include but not only shortage of stock, stock mishandling and stock quality
3. Guiding new service crew
4. Assisting respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers with tasks given such as cup counting, stock counting (PCA).
5. Ensure all SOP is executed accurately by Service Crew
6. Enforce and uphold Service and Product Quality
7. Reporting of maintenance issue to related personnel
8. Work closely with outlet supervisor and the team to ensure positive mindset and teamwork to achieve outlet goals.
9. Handle and maintain high standards of quality product and customer service experience.
10. Ensure staff competency and provide enough training to the staffs to meet customer expectation and quality products.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
1. Punctuality,
2. Honest and responsible in every job position you were assigned to.
3. Ensure every cup that serves to the customer are made with passion and have the highest quality standards.
4. Comply to food grade and food safety standards
5. Flexibility to work in back and front of house.
6. Supervise outlet operations in the absence of the outlet supervisor, and report to your superior immediately of the happenings or issues.
7. Able to lead and teach new staffs with the correct SOPs, information, company policies or sharing best practices.

Qualification
• SPM qualification
• Taken typhoid injection (Preferred)
• Taken health and food safety certification provided by the government (Preferred)
