  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution

1. Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of pharmacist-led healthcare programs across the Alpro network.

2. Ensure timely roll-out and smooth coordination of initiatives in line with SOPs, timelines, and internal milestones.

3. Provide clinical accuracy and pharmacist input during the review of visuals, posters, videos, or social media content.

4. Support the creation of basic public education materials or pharmacist communication tools (e.g., FAQs, one-pagers, patient guides).

Stakeholder Engagement

1. Act as the communication bridge between pharmacists, healthcare providers, and partner institutions to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration.

2. Coordinate with external speakers and healthcare professionals for events, training, or campaigns.

3. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure healthcare projects are translated into clear, engaging messages for the public.

Reporting & Documentation

1. Monitor key performance indicators for each project or campaign.

2. Compile reports and prepare presentation decks for internal review and external stakeholders.

Cross-Team Collaboration

1. Work across departments (e.g., marketing, dietetics, digital, operations) to ensure professional services are executed with consistency and quality.

2. Be flexible to support internal training sessions, recognition programs, and pharmacist upskilling efforts.

Role Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a healthcare-related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in community pharmacy or health-related project coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders professionally.
  • Organizational strength and the ability to manage timelines and responsibilities.
  • Comfort with basic marketing tools, public communication, or event coordination.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office; bonus if familiar with Canva, CapCut, or content collaboration tools.
