Automotive Customer Care Executive
1. Reports directly to the SM/superior.
2. Achieve service performance, CSI or any other measurable/non measurable target given.
3. Create a supportive customer satisfaction work environment driven e.g. welcome, greet and direct customers, and offer refreshment.
4. Responsible on advising and communicating on customer’s complaints.
Job Functions and Areas of Responsibilities.
1. To establish and maintain good customer relations by conducting service reminder and follow up.
2. To comply on any procedure related to Customer Experience such as Customer Complaint Handling, CSI, Courtesy Car etc.
3. To comply on Customer Handling procedure based on MSM standard especially in appointment, reception or any other area related with customer and technical personnel.
4. To monitor the cleanliness of the customer lounge, reception and rest room to high standard of housekeeping.
5. To ensure the refreshment area is well maintained and items are available to customers.
6. To participate in required process improvements teams and project/ task forces as assigned.
7. To assist/prepare on any report require by HQ/superior.
8. To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
