About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support across email, live chat, and phone calls. You’ll help resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
- Meet individual and team performance goals (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
- Work effectively within a 24/7 rotating schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Excellent in Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome.
- Experience in customer service or a related field (multi-channel support is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work various shifts as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
