Material Handler
1. Job Receipt Subcon ( A350, A220, B787, SINAI )
2. Posting a Material (Job Material Transaction) in system
i) Subcon Item ( A350, GE, & RR )
ii) Hardware and Beam ( A350, A220, B787 )
3. Packing Hardware for shipment ( A350 )
4. Preparing Assy hardware components and issue to Assy ( 787, A220, AMAT and A350 )
5. Preparing hardware components for issue to special process:-
i) Issue to Special process ( eg : Nutplate, wa)
ii) Issue to Assy for Sub-Assy ( eg : lower disc spanner )
6. Prepared kitting ( 787, A220, AMAT and A350 )
7. Check, counting incoming inventory ( Daily )
8. Acknowledge receipt, label and store all parts received from external suppliers and inter-departments
9. Ensure all stock movements are “First in First Out” (FIFO) and are properly recorded.
10. Inventory Stock count :-
i) Stock count weekly / Monthly
ii) Cycle Count Weekly
- Packing SFG beam for temporary inventory ( A350,A220 & 787 )
- Packing E2 chamber finishing and Merlion for shipment.
- Uncrate Ingots E2 chamber for issuing production.
- Receiving in System :-
i) Inventory Receiving
- SFG ( Hardware for A350, GE, RR, & A220 )
- CONSUMABLE ( Item paint, ink etc )
- RAW ( A350, GE, RR, & A220
ii) Subcon Receiving
Receiving Goods:
- Unload incoming shipments, check quantities, and inspect goods for damage. o Record and report any discrepancies or damages to the immediately Superior.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining stock inventory.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Update inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
Stock Control:
- Assist with the organization of stock to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Move and arrange stock based on store layout and demand.
Order Fulfillment:
- Pick and pack items for orders and ensure timely dispatch.
- Label and prepare shipments according to customer specifications.
Safety and Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by organizing the store and ensuring clear pathways.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of equipment.
General Store Maintenance:
- Assist with general store duties as required, including minor repairs or organizing spaces.
- Monitor and reorder essential store supplies (e.g., packing materials).
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Minimum SPM.
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field. Familiarity with shipment handling, documentation.

Experience:
- Logistics, Inventory management or related field: 2 years (Preferred)
