4. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:
- Assess whether the right people are in the right seats and develop a plan to either grow talent internally or replace via recruitment.
- Work with HR to develop a structured recruitment strategy that includes competency-based hiring, targeted sourcing methods, and competitive compensation benchmarking.
- Partner with key leaders to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs and future growth.
5. Performance Improvement:
- Partner with the Learning & Development Center (LDC) to implement performance improvement programs, including feedback sessions and performance plans.
- Develop strategies to encourage and motivate employees to improve performance and productivity.

- Assist in managing executive and talent development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.

- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, corporate events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage logistics to ensure smooth execution and positive experiences for all participants.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with executives, employees, stakeholders, and external audiences.

- Candidates must possess at least Degree
