1. Executive Support:

  • Assist in rolling out and following up on CEO office initiatives.

3. Talent Management & External Branding:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that includes talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace.
  • Leverage social media, industry events, and partnerships to enhance the organization's external reputation.

4. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:

  • Assess whether the right people are in the right seats and develop a plan to either grow talent internally or replace via recruitment.
  • Work with HR to develop a structured recruitment strategy that includes competency-based hiring, targeted sourcing methods, and competitive compensation benchmarking.
  • Partner with key leaders to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs and future growth.

5. Performance Improvement:

  • Partner with the Learning & Development Center (LDC) to implement performance improvement programs, including feedback sessions and performance plans.
  • Develop strategies to encourage and motivate employees to improve performance and productivity.

7. Project Management:

  • Assist in managing executive and talent development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support executive and talent management strategies and decision-making processes.

8. Event Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, corporate events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage logistics to ensure smooth execution and positive experiences for all participants.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with executives, employees, stakeholders, and external audiences.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Candidates must possess at least Degree
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and executive priorities simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze feedback, talent acquisition trends, and performance data to drive informed decisions.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
