  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview We are looking for a Legal Executive to support and manage legal and insolvency-related matters. This includes handling liquidation and receivership cases, preparing legal documents and reports, liaising with stakeholders, tracking litigation deadlines and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Location Phileo Damansara, Kuala Lumpur Remuneration Up to RM 4,000 based on work experience Responsibilities • Legal Compliance Oversee insolvency cases, including liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and Winding-Up Rules • Financial Management Maintain accurate cash books and financial accounts for companies under liquidation or receivership • Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with creditors, debtors, government agencies and legal stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution and legal compliance • Document Preparation Prepare legal documents, affidavits, court reports and presentation materials for creditor meetings and legal proceedings • Litigation Monitoring Monitor litigation deadlines, liaise with external lawyers and attend court sessions as an observer when required Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in insolvency, legal support or a similar role • Knowledge of the Companies Act, liquidation procedures and compliance matters • Willingness to travel for site visits, court proceedings or stakeholder meetings • Ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders; being multilingual is an advantage Immediate joiners may send their application to [email protected]
