Job description Summary : Assist the Security, Safety & Health Manager in leading a team of security, safety & health personnel in striving towards a crime free and safe environment. Responsibilities : 1. Lead, manage and coordinate in conducting investigations of any security, safety and health incidences. 2. Review investigation reports for submission to Security, Safety & Health Manager. 3. Assist the Security, Safety & Health Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve on security, safety and health policy. 4. Manage and conduct periodic and random security audit and security assessments to ensure full compliance to all security policies, procedures and initiatives. 5. Conduct regular reviews of security system functions. 6. Work closely with local authorities to obtain security and safety intelligence report. 7. Analyze the report and lodge appropriate recommendations and pre-cautionary plans to Security, Safety & Health Manager. 8. Prepare security reports and investigation reports as required by management and coordinating all activities related to process and documentations to ensure implementation and compliance. 9. Review, maintain and control all Standard Operating Procedures issued by Security Department and other Department and conduct audit to ensure compliance. 10. Ensure all documents being properly maintained and disposed off in accordance to the established procedures and processes. 11. Assist Security, Safety & Health Manager to manage, monitor and coordinate all Security Training and Programs for all security and non-security staff. 12. Assist Security, Safety & Health Manager to monitor, manage and review the performance of security personnel.
