RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Assurance Processes:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, procedures, and controls in alignment with industry standards.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and report any non-conformance issues and assist in the development of corrective and preventive actions.
2. Testing and Inspection:
- Conduct routine tests on products or services to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Use various testing equipment and techniques to assess the quality of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Document and report test results, ensuring any deviations are communicated to the relevant departments.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection results, test reports, and quality audits.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings and present them to senior management.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory and company requirements.
4. Compliance:
- Ensure that all quality assurance activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes to quality standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to the QA processes.
- Support the quality team in achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, GMP, or other relevant standards.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
- Provide input on process improvements based on findings from audits, inspections, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new quality control techniques to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
6. Training and Development:
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of and understand the company's quality policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development of training materials and programs related to quality assurance.
7. Customer Interaction:
- Assist in addressing customer complaints related to product quality.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support the Quality Manager in maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring their quality expectations are met.
EQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Required language(s): Malay and English
- Possess good communication skill, interpersonal skill, computer skill, leadership skill, problem solving skill and QC tools.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Candidate must possess own transport
- Able to work for Overtime.
