Handling over of vacant possession to purchasers such as ensuring unit is ready for inspection, inspection of unit with purchaser, attending to defects complaints and any other handing over related queries by purchaser for the unit · Attend to all sales admin duties such as attending to purchasers in person or via telephone / email on all enquiries with respect to the projects; · Check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentation and other relevant documents to the sales; · To plan, project, ensure progressive payments are collected in a timely manner; · Ensuring that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out pertaining to billings, reminders and collections; · To liaise with lawyers and bankers on the related sales and purchase agreements and loan documentation & disbursements on time; · Attend to handing over of vacant possession by ensuring condition of units prior to handover vacant possession; · To ensure defect rectification is done by relevant department in timely manner; · To attend to queries related to utilities for the unit such as TNB, water etc. · Liaise with relevant department pertaining to utilities installation for the unit; · Update weekly & monthly report on vacant possession; · Data Entry & Maintenance of purchasers’ record in the system; · To prepare sales status report, billing and collections as and when required; Requirement: · With at least good SPM/O level/STPM/A level. · At least 4 years in conveyancing with developers or law firm. · Good knowledge and understanding conveyancing process in Singapore and Malaysia. · English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. · Attention to detail, willing to learn, good interpersonal skills, ability to think and problem-solving skills. · Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. · Positive Mindset, able to handle stress and a team player.
