PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities : - Plan and manage a team of leaders and operators to run the overall production activities. - Update all documents in relation to the monitoring and tracking of work in progress, finished products and resolve any bottlenecks or issues. - Troubleshoot and analyse operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability. - Co-ordinate between departments such as Logistics, Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure the smooth operations of the production’s activities. - Plan and organize the manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production schedules. - Train, develop and motivate the subordinates to achieve the target goal setting of company objectives in terms of productivity, quality products and safety and health environments. - To control supply of material for operation according to their need. - To participate and involved in production improvement project. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate solutions - Others tasks assigned by superior likes cost down activities, minimize of wastage or hidden lost. Qualifications & Experience : - Good working attitude - Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in related field in (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent. - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably with experience specializing in Semiconductor Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
