- To review and draft the immigration-related documents.
- To update the shared folder and the physical file system from time to time.
- To keep track of the status of the stamping, application, appointment.
- To schedule and align the assignment of work for our immigration service personnel.
- To record and process the voucher claims.
- To open and close files when the need arises.
- To process invoices after the conclusion of case.
- To sort out the renewals that need to be initiated by the end of month prior to the submission of renewals.
- To send follow-ups weekly to the clients.
- To send daily updates to the clients that request.
- To upload the documents to the ESD and MDEC portal.
- To keep abreast with the immigration announcements issued from time to time.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in immigration or related regulatory functions is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian immigration laws and regulations and relevant procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong coordination, documentation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
