Internship Account/Finance /HR/ Marketing

Human Resource - Liaise with hiring managers to understand the job responsibilities and requirements. - Perform the full cycle of the recruitment process including job posting/talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and conducting integrity checks for shortlisted candidates. - Responsible for preparation and follow-up on hiring documentation, i.e.: offer letter, personal documentation etc. - Responsible for the onboarding processes, including conducting orientation to newly hired. - Assist in Talent Acquisition activities including employer branding activities, internships, career events, etc. - Provide administration support such as filing and organizing recruitment files. - Participate in HR projects and engagement initiatives as needed. Marketing - Assist with photo and video shooting & editing - Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Research current social media trends, including hashtags, challenges, and content formats, to enhance engagement. - Study competitor marketing campaigns and compile insight reports. - Research potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities. - Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns, such as email direct marketing (EDM) and referral programs. - Craft compelling and engaging captions for social media and digital content
