- Post contract support to int. Project QS, Procurement and Construction related to BQ and scope (material, works & standards).
- Assist HOD on sub-contractor bid preparation, interview and award recommendation.
- Review LOA/Award for management approval and acknowledgment.
- Prepare necessary performance Bond and Project Insurance.
- Conduct internal project kick-off meeting, including hand over of relevant documentation, and brief of key items and risk.
- Request for quotations and negotiation of price of sub-contractors.
- Tender evaluation for procurement of sub-contractor; (Directly or via appointed consultant).
- Prepare project works/scope variation order for approval.
- Conduct joint Project progress claim valuation with client, prepare/submit/follow up on tax invoice approval and payment.
- Assist HOD in evaluation of sub-contractor’s/consultant performance and corrective action (if any).
- Understand and advise on contractual matters to construction team.
- Assist in preparation of claims within the contractual provision/rights.
- To support the implementations of policies, procedure etc in the QMS/SOP.
- Advise on contractual matters.
- Preparation of Final Accounts.
- Responsible in taking off quality, claim preparation, site valuation, variation orders, subcontractors award and final accounts.
- Any other duties assigned by HOD/Superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction Management / Contract Management / Engineering / Infrastructure or any equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Assertive, analytical, systematic and a team player.
- Familiar in contract administration and contractual method.
- Able to commence work immediately & possess own vehicle would be an added advantage.
