Job Summary: Vitality Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to lead the marketing efforts for our new B2C skincare brand. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive sales, and establish a strong online presence, particularly on social media platforms popular in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the skincare market, have experience in the beauty industry, and be adept at leveraging digital marketing channels, including influencer and KOL collaborations. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience, focusing on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging content strategies across key Malaysian social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This includes content creation (or overseeing its creation), community management, running targeted advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance. Influencer and KOL Marketing: Identify, source, and build relationships with relevant beauty influencers (KOLs) and content creators in Malaysia to promote the brand and products through collaborations, reviews, and sponsored content. Collaboration and Partnerships: Seek out and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, online communities, or relevant organizations to expand reach and brand visibility. Content Marketing: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and social media updates, that educates consumers about skincare and highlights the benefits of our products. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve measurable results. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the skincare and beauty industry, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Utilize Marketing Tools: Leverage the company's existing marketing tools, AI, and automation platforms to streamline marketing processes and enhance campaign effectiveness (training and support will be provided). Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Customer Engagement: Foster a strong connection with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback on social media platforms. Support Business Expansion: Contribute to the overall business growth by identifying new marketing opportunities and strategies to reach a wider audience and drive sales. Required Qualifications: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a marketing role within the beauty or skincare industry. Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and consumer trends in the Malaysian market. Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and etc.) for business growth, including content creation, advertising, and analytics. Experience in identifying, engaging, and collaborating with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions. Familiarity with basic marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: Existing network of beauty influencers, KOLs, or industry contacts in Malaysia. Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, SEO/SEM). Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Passion for the beauty and skincare industry. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving marketing goals and driving sales. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
