
Sales Admin Assistant
Job Scope for Sales Admin Assistant:
o Assist in processing sales orders and coordinate with the sales team to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
o Handle customer inquiries and follow up with customers on pending orders or additional information required for order completion.
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure the availability of products for orders.
o Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence.
o Ensure all sales-related documents are properly filed and accessible to the sales team.
o Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to resolve issues and ensure smooth sales operations.
o Handle routine office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling.
o Provide general administrative support to the sales team and management as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
