Accounting Support:- Assist in data entry of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.
- Support in preparing basic invoices, payment vouchers, and reconciliation reports.
- Help with document filing, record keeping, and audit preparations.
- Provide assistance during month-end closing activities
HR Duties:- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Help maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documents and orientation materials.
- Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave applications, and benefit enrollment.
