Key Responsibilities • Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and systems. • Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions before failures occur. • Equipment Optimization: Ensure all machines and systems are operating at optimal performance levels. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain detailed maintenance records, analyze equipment performance, and generate reports for continuous improvement. • Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain essential spare parts inventory to prevent unexpected downtime. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure maintenance procedures comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. • Collaboration: Work closely with production, operations, and quality assurance teams to minimize disruptions and enhance efficiency. • Training & Development: Train maintenance personnel on preventive maintenance best practices and troubleshooting techniques. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes, increasing reliability, and reducing costs. Requirements & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 2+ years in technology roles within the ceramic industry or in roles that support ceramic manufacturing systems. • Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. o Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). o Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. o Understanding of predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, infrared thermography). • Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and teamwork skills. o Ability to manage multiple maintenance projects and meet deadlines. • Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory): o Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP). o Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications.
