  • Handle Inbound Calls – Answer customer calls promptly and courteously to deliver excellent service.
  • Email & Form Response – Respond to inquiries submitted via the bank’s Contact Us form in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Outreach – Contact customers to obtain necessary information or documents in response to Request for Information (RFI) by KYC, AML, Risk, or Operations teams.
  • Transaction Callbacks – Conduct call-backs to customers to confirm transactions when required.
  • First Call Resolution – Address and resolve customers’ questions and concerns on the first call whenever possible.
  • Needs Assessment – Understand customer needs, evaluate issues, and provide clear, relevant solutions.
  • Conflict Resolution – De-escalate dissatisfied customers, offering calm and helpful support.
  • Complaint Handling – Act as Level 1 first point of contact for handling and logging customer complaints.
  • Record Keeping – Maintain accurate call logs and detailed records of all conversations in the system for reference and compliance.
  • Education – Must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Language Proficiency – Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
  • Work Experience – Minimum 6 months in customer support (any industry).
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with technology and interested in the product/platform features.
  • Sales-Oriented – Able to meet sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer Engagement – Proven ability to promote, build rapport, and deliver outstanding service.
  • Multitasking Skills – Capable of handling multiple tasks and navigating computer systems efficiently.
  • Problem Ownership – Take full responsibility for customer issues and ensure resolution before ending the call.
  • Shift Flexibility – Willing to work on rotational shifts.
  • Location – Willing to relocate to Petaling Jaya.
