Business Analyst/Functional Consultant

Responsibilities: -Master the Business Functions and Features: Develop a deep understanding of our product suites, mastering their business functions and features to effectively communicate and tailor solutions to client needs. -Conduct Business Functional Analysis: Collaborate with end-users to perform thorough business functional analysis, ensuring accurate capture of client requirements to shape project goals. -Presales Support: Provide essen9tial insights during the presales phase, helping to showcase the value and capabilities of our products to potential clients. -Gap Analysis: Facilitate gap analysis as part of the project requirement study, identifying discrepancies between client requirements and our products' capabilities. -Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with technical, project, and sales teams to translate client requirements into clear customization efforts and delivery timelines. -Functional Testing: Lead and oversee functional testing, ensuring end-to-end solution functions align with both client expectations and product capabilities. -Presentation, Demo, Training: Play an integral role in client interactions by delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions on our products and their customized functionalities. -Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of client requirements, customization processes, and solution functionalities to ensure clear understanding and reference. -Post Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after project implementation, addressing any questions or issues that arise. -Functional Advisory: Provide expert functional guidance and support to other team members, sharing your expertise to enhance overall project success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). Proven experience in business functional analysis, requirements gathering, and gap analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend complex business processes and translate them into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with presales activities, project management methodologies, and functional testing processes. Previous experience in software solutions, preferably within Microsoft ecosystem. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
