Job Title: Leasing Assistant Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Leasing Assistant Manager to lead the leasing team at Kompleks Karamunsing. This role oversees daily leasing operations, drives occupancy, improves tenant mix, and manages tenant relationships with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve individual and team KPIs.

  • Develop leasing strategies and secure quality tenants.

  • Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation.

  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve leasing issues.

  • Monitor market trends and prepare leasing reports for management.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of leasing experience, preferably in malls or retail.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Familiar with commercial leasing processes and tenancy documents.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in BM and English. Mandarin is a plus.
