-Assist in handling accounts receivable and accounts payable -Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit notes -Perform data entry into accounting systems (e.g. AutoCount) -Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly accounts closing -Monitor petty cash and staff claims -Assist in preparing financial reports and documents for audit or management -Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and suppliers -Handle general office administration including filing, documentation, and correspondence -Manage and order office supplies/stationery and maintain inventory -Prepare administrative documents as required Requirements : -Minimum Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field -1–3 years working experience in a similar role is preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply) -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount) -Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles -Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin -High attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines -Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
