- Prepare and cook Italian dishes like pasta, pizza, and side items quickly and consistently.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist with menu prep, kitchen inventory, and stock rotation.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and in line with food safety standards.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
- Achieve at least SPM education
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Western/Italian food experience is a big plus!)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work under pressure and multitask.
- Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed.
