  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: CNC GRINDING PROGRAMMING SPECIALIST LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a CNC GRINDING PROGRAMMING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Operate CNC surface, cylindrical, and profile grinding machines with sub-micron accuracy. • Develop CNC grinding programs from 2D/3D CAD drawings using CAM software. • Write G-code/M-code programs manually for grinding cycles. • Customize and optimize post-processors for CNC grinding machines. • Create and modify complex multi-pass grinding routines. • Interpret CAD models and 3D step files to check grinding profiles. • Interpret and grind to tight GD&T specs • Program NC or CNC grinding machines. • Design custom fixtures for non-cylindrical parts with flat surfaces. • Perform 3D simulation of grinding paths to ensure collision-free operation. • Program for compound angles and form grinding applications. • Verify ground part dimensions using CMM, laser, and optical inspection systems. • Perform jig grinding for intricate hole tolerances and contours. • Convert manual processes to fully automated CNC grinding sequences. • Configure multi-axis CNC grinders with complex workholding setups. • Utilize automatic wheel dressing cycles for consistent surface quality. • Design and build custom fixtures for odd-shaped parts • Use jig and fixture setups for compound surfaces • Eliminate subsurface damage in high-precision optics or dies • Simulate tool paths using grinding CAM software • Grind OD, end faces, and chamfers in a single clamping. • Perform shoulder and plunge grinding for flat surfaces on round parts. • Input profile data into CNC-controlled grinders • Use probe-based part orientation inside CNC grinders • Align and true vises, magnetic chucks, and sine plates • Use sine bars, angle plates, and parallels to grind complex angles • Match ground finish to optical, injection mold, or sealing surfaces • Use lapping films or abrasives to enhance finishes when required • Grind surfaces for EDM-prep with optimized textureMaster use of micrometers, bore gauges, and pin gauges • Integrate CMM-based part alignment with grinding setups • Import data from CMM or CAD to define grind paths • Validate flatness using optical flats, monochromatic light, or CMMs Requirement: The required skills for the position CNC GRINDING PROGRAMMING SPECIALIST are as follow: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC GRINDING PROGRAMMING Jig and fixture design for custom inserts Operating manual and CNC cylindrical grinding machines GD&T interpretation and application Blueprint and 3D CAD drawing reading Advance CAD/CAM understanding Reading and modifying CNC programs
