• Provide administrative support to MD and Directors in a professional manner. • Manage MD daily calendar and schedule. • Prioritize correspondences and emails on behalf of MD. • Prepare letters and memos as required by MD. • Perform administrative duties for the company and main contact person for building maintenance issues. • Arrange for meeting, prepare meeting materials and take meeting minutes etc. • Follow up on issues raised during meeting and ensure actions has been taken by relevant parties. • Coordinate departmental reports and documentations for the Board or Committee meetings and other meetings with outside partners. • Plan the travel arrangements for MD and Directors, including visa, hotel, itinerary and etc. • Handle overseas staff travel and hotel arrangement. • Responsible for admin budget and expenditure monitoring(some knowledge of accounting will be benefits). • Assist in organizing company events and activities. • Support MD in carrying out specific projects or research. • Assist on personal errands/assignments for MD when required. • Perform any other ad hoc duties as requested by Company.
