Procurement & Admin Executive Position : Procurement & Admin Executive Location : Wisma RK, Sierra 16 Pcuhong Department : Procurement & Administration Reports to : HOD Employment Type : Full Time Job Overview We are seeking a Procurement & Admin Executive to manage procurement, logistics, administrative, and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Procurement Duties: 1) Shipping & Documentation: • Handle custom documents and ensure compliance with shipping regulations. • Process TT payments and maintain records for financial tracking. • Maintain and update the Excel tracker & shipping records for accurate reporting. • Coordinate with forwarders for smooth shipping and delivery processes. • Manage undervalue invoices and ensure proper documentation. • Communicate with vendors and forwarders regarding shipping status and requirements. 2) Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: • Identify and evaluate new vendors for procurement needs. • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure cost-effective solutions. • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Administrative Duties: 1) Quotation & Purchase Order Management: • Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, and work orders. • Ensure accuracy in documentation and maintain organized records. • Handle emails and correspondence related to procurement and administration. HR & Payroll Support: 1) Salary & Overtime Verification: • Verify employee salary and overtime (OT) calculations. • Generate bulk transactions for payroll processing. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related transactions. Requirements & Qualifications  Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.  Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and administrative roles.  Skills:  Strong negotiation and communication skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.  High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  Knowledge of logistics, procurement best practices, and HR payroll procedures.
