- Ensure timely renewal of lorry & excavator road tax, insurance, permits, and inspections.
- Maintain vehicle and machinery service records and track spare part stock.
- Prepare monthly reports on vehicle and machinery expenses.
- Research suppliers and negotiate advantageous deals.
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile bank statements, and arrange payments.
- Monitor diesel consumption and toll expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Order and manage inventory for the store, including essential supplies such as water, tools, and other materials necessary for daily operations.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing and documentation system.
- Organize workload, set priorities, and work within deadlines.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative or fleet management role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road tax, insurance, and permits.
- Experience in expense tracking, reporting, and invoice processing.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Attention to Detail: Accurate in record-keeping and reporting.

Adaptability: Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
