  • Maintain vehicle and machinery service records and track spare part stock.
  • Prepare monthly reports on vehicle and machinery expenses.
  • Research suppliers and negotiate advantageous deals.
  • Process supplier invoices, reconcile bank statements, and arrange payments.
  • Monitor diesel consumption and toll expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Order and manage inventory for the store, including essential supplies such as water, tools, and other materials necessary for daily operations.

  • Organize workload, set priorities, and work within deadlines.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative or fleet management role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road tax, insurance, and permits.
  • Experience in expense tracking, reporting, and invoice processing.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
