Job Responsibilities:
Provide and oversee timely and effective high-level technical support to end-users, addressing complex hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems via phone, email, or in person, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely to end-users in a non-technical language to enhance user understanding and satisfaction.
Interact with end-users in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience and ongoing satisfaction.
Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications, ensuring all systems are up to date.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on hardware and software best practices and IT tools and applications to enhance their productivity and security.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware software, and network connectivity issues, escalating highly complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Log and track support incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
Prioritize and escalate issues when necessary, collaborating with team members and other IT support teams to resolve intricate technical challenges and achieve timely resolutions.
Contribute to enhancing IT support processes and procedures.
Create and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Proactively identify recurring issues and actively contribute to developing long-term solutions.
Perform system updates and patches to uphold security and functionality standards, enforcing security policies and safeguarding confidential information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
3 Years of Relevant Experience
