Key Responsibilities: 1)Actively seek new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the scaffolding market. 2)Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. 3)Conduct site visits, client meetings, and provide product presentations and quotations. 4)Handle sales follow-ups from inquiry to closing and after-sales support. 5)Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. 6)Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 7)Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements. 8)Provide timely sales reports and customer feedback to management. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the scaffolding, construction, or related industry. Proven track record in B2B sales, project-based sales, or construction site client management. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Own transport and willing to travel for client visits/site meetings. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
