Material Planning and Procurement

Plan and purchase materials according to project requirements and timelines.

Review project specifications and collaborate with engineers or site supervisors to ensure material accuracy.

Delivery Coordination

Coordinate and monitor material deliveries to ensure they arrive on-site as scheduled.

Follow up with suppliers to prevent delays and handle any logistics issues promptly.

Inventory Management

Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.

Avoid overstocking or stock shortages that could affect project progress.

Cross-Department Coordination

Liaise with Finance, Admin, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth work arrangements, documentation, and approvals.

Support interdepartmental communication regarding material status and budget alignment.

Supplier & Vendor Negotiation

Apply strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Diploma or Degree or relevant certificates.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Skills required: Microsoft Excel, Administrative Skills, Communication, AutoCount, Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills
  • Have good communication, written and ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
