  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers regarding Medical Takaful certificate repricing, providing accurate information, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding Medical Takaful certificate repricing, listening attentively to their needs and questions.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service, medical takaful repricing and data handling.
  • Properly escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate personnel (supervisor) for future assistance.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions on Medical Takaful repricing.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concern in Medical Takaful repricing efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM and above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Training provided
  • Basic understanding of Takaful principles and certificate about Medical Takaful repricing processes.

Salary Package:

  • Basic: RM1,900

Working Time:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
