Role Description & Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Overall support for Infrastructure team & IT Security officer.
- Understand the ISMS compliances & ISO certification related documentation for DELMIA Hosted solutions.
- Work closely with Security officer to review & update processes according to certified best practices and annual changes to compliances/certifications.
- Assist IT Infrastructure team in performing troubleshooting, VMware related tasks & documentation tasks.
Qualifications
- Pursuing/Equipped with Tertiary qualification, with degree or professional Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT certifications.
- Highly self-motivated with good communication skills in English & strong logical/analytical thinking/troubleshooting mindset.
- Any exposure to Windows server, VMware technologies & networking knowledge would be an added advantage.
