Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Executives to assist customers of our leading mobile gaming client. In this role, you will apply your enthusiasm, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused mindset to provide exceptional support. You will work with advanced technologies and systems while being backed by a dedicated team of leaders and colleagues committed to your success.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English (fluency will be assessed through a language test)
- Proficiency in professional written English
- Experience in live chat and email communication is required
- Ability to navigate multiple computer platforms simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Previous experience in customer service, live chat, and/or call center roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
