Overall Role Purpose
Responsible for timely and accurate Performance Management and Controlling reporting to stakeholders
Key Activities
Performance Management:
- Prepare, present and analyze day-to-day operational management information reflecting the performance of the service lines against their monthly targets.
- Accurately prepare, present and analyze within the agreed timetables, the overall Global Key Performance Indicators (GKPI) and other statistics for the SSC and the service lines.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of performance reports from SSC to Business Partners.
- Ensure timely responses to queries.
- Work in collaboration with Global Performance Management for the timely submissions of GKPI data.
- Perform month-end reconciliations between the reporting databases and the source systems and resolve any reconciliation issues.
Controlling:
- Generate financial reports and analysis to support management
- Prepare Service Level Agreement (SLA) Recharge amount, billable FTE & volume of transactions processed by tasks
- Support preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) / budget
Skills & Requirement
- System knowledge: Good knowledge of SAP, Billing Systems (DVRA, IBS+,etc).
- Excellent skills in MS Office especially Excel (VB), Power Point, knowledge of Access, Power BI
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills (sentence structure and grammar).
- Proactive communicator, having good interpersonal skills.
- Digital and Data acumen.
