Overall Role Purpose

Responsible for timely and accurate Performance Management and Controlling reporting to stakeholders

Key Activities

Performance Management:

  • Prepare, present and analyze day-to-day operational management information reflecting the performance of the service lines against their monthly targets.
  • Accurately prepare, present and analyze within the agreed timetables, the overall Global Key Performance Indicators (GKPI) and other statistics for the SSC and the service lines.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of performance reports from SSC to Business Partners.
  • Ensure timely responses to queries.
  • Work in collaboration with Global Performance Management for the timely submissions of GKPI data.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations between the reporting databases and the source systems and resolve any reconciliation issues.

Controlling:

  • Generate financial reports and analysis to support management
  • Prepare Service Level Agreement (SLA) Recharge amount, billable FTE & volume of transactions processed by tasks
  • Support preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) / budget

Skills & Requirement

  • System knowledge: Good knowledge of SAP, Billing Systems (DVRA, IBS+,etc).
  • Excellent skills in MS Office especially Excel (VB), Power Point, knowledge of Access, Power BI
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills (sentence structure and grammar).
  • Proactive communicator, having good interpersonal skills.
  • Digital and Data acumen.
