  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are looking for a experienced HR Executive who has experienced in building team for a startup/ SME company. You would be responsible for full spectrum of HR including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relation, Talent Management and Training Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan for the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures and manpower planning.
  • Manage Staff Performance HR functions such as KPI, career progression planning
  • Oversee and maintain HR relevant policies and guidelines, employee handbook and process documentation.
  • Provide guidance, counsel and support to leaders in the organization structure and manpower planning.
  • Oversee the pre-screening, interview, assessment and hiring of potential candidates.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree..
  • Proactive, pleasant character, independent, resourceful & willing to learn attitude.
  • High level of Interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with team members
  • Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking employees
  • Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
