Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets and forecasts.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals effectively.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, product development) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess minimum studies of SPM, a diploma in business studies, or any related field of Sales.
- Proven at least 1++ years or more experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role in frozen food, FMCG, food distribution, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. Fluent speaking in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport for outdoor sales.
