
Production Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.
Summary
The Senior Production Executive is responsible for overseeing the production
process within a company to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing
operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments including
technical and operational departments, optimizing production workflow, meeting
business goal and drive continuous improvement.
You will play an important role in:-
1. Monitor production performance, analyze metrics, and identify areas for
improvement.
2. Oversee and ensure that all work orders are completed on time and meet the
planned schedule and acceptable quality standards.
3. Maximize labor and raw material usage to achieve the best efficiency and
yield targets within the department.
4. Ensure effective coordination of activities between departments to meet
customer specifications and delivery schedules.
5. Implement cost reduction programs to manage and minimize scrap and
material wastage within budget.
6. Promote teamwork within the department and with other sections to enhance
collaboration and productivity.
7. Support and provide training to operators by ensuring multi-skill knowledge
and job flexibility.
8. Implement strict controls for people management, discipline, housekeeping,
compliance safety and environmental regulation
9. Troubleshoot production challenges, resolve conflicts, and provide creative
solutions to production bottlenecks.
10. Ensure all documentation is accurately updated and maintained in
accordance with Quality System requirements.
11. Develop and enhance the core competencies of manufacturing operations,
particularly in die-cutting techniques and processes, to support the
company’s growth objectives.
12. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in
production management.
13. Undertake any other duties as assigned to support departmental and
organizational needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-
1. 5 years & above of experience in manufacturing environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree & Diploma in Manufacturing
3. Technical
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies to minimize waste and
optimize production process.
- Familiarity with 5 Core Tool.
- Experienced in Syteline ERP system.
4. Non-Technical
