Line Clear Express Sdn. Bhd. is a fully integrated supply chain management specialist providing seamless, reliable and efficient delivery services across Malaysia. Incorporated in 2015, we are a wholly-owned subsidiary of MMAG Holdings Berhad, a publicly-traded company on the ACE Market in Bursa Malaysia.

With this, we would like to invite a dynamic and driven Sales Expert of all levels to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to develop new businesses, foster strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth for Line Clear Express.
As the Sales Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales activities in order to grow and expand our services to a greater level. You are expected to have the capability and dynamics to strategise sales strategies at the expected level and to develop key client relationships to ensure the organisation achieves its revenue targets aside from having the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team.
Potential candidates are required to have a blend of deep logistics expertise, leadership capabilities, and sales acumen to successfully manage the complexities of last-mile logistics in a fast-paced, customer-centric industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead generation: Actively identify potential customers, generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives;
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and propose and provide them with the best available solutions and services;
- Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling and informative presentations on available services and solutions to prospective clients;
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals successfully;
- Sales forecasting, market research and sales performance:
- - Analyse market trends and sales data to forecast future sales performance;
- - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities; and
- - Consistently meeting the given sales target.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads and client’s communication in order to prepare relevant reports for the Management, highlighting key metrics and performance insights and other relevant data; and
- Any other related tasks as and when required by the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales preferably within the logistics industry;
- Proven sales track record, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the logistics industry;
- Have a sound understanding of sales methodologies and techniques;
- Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written communication to effectively engage with clients and present information;
- Ability to build rapport, address customer concerns, and close deals;
- Develop strong customer relationships based on trust and mutual understanding;
- Able to analyses sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; and
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage a busy sales pipeline effectively.
