Description This role requires individuals who will plan and manage the execution of marketing campaigns we run on behalf of our clients. The role involves preparing the media plan for each campaign, then liaising with all departments in the company (editorial, social, database, telemarketing) to ensure all aspects of every campaign are completed on time. The role also involves informing our clients of all updates regarding the campaigns we run for them. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Liaise with customer son a daily basis to seek approvals and provide updates • Focus all departments to ensure customer satisfaction is always high • Ensure all campaign deliverables are tracked and delivered on time and within Budget and Scope • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to internal resources (i.e. editorial & telemarketing team) • Planning and managing all marketing activities by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assets and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts • Work with operations team to prepare client reports and personally verify the customer reports are in line with deliverables • Utilise the reports from our operations team are discuss internally to identify issues and problem – i.e revise scripts , leads rejection , leads delay, webinar RVSP not coming in as expected timeframe • When reviewing campaign execution and results, propose new actions plan to get improve results where required. • To work together with director and editor on the tournament artwork to be approved by the customer for the web banners, backdrops, social media posts, etc. • Find suppliers for medicals, medals, printings, insurance (Group personal accident), etc for the tournament. Always do confirm with the director before booking their service. • Get the supplier invoice and share with the finance for the payment purpose. • Create and publish registration link either via google form or our very own landing page (onthreesixty). • Check players eligibility on their DUPR and podium finishing in RECLUB. Remove them if they violate the tournament rules. • Once participants are finalized, send them a confirmation email. Update them via email any info from time to time for the schedules, t-shirt, dropout deadline, change of partner, etc. • Assist players to change their partner, dropout and refund process. • Start to setup the RECLUB and send the invitation for players to join their category. Check their DUPR and profile picture for validation and eligibility checking. • Prepare name list for draw and setup zoom link for the players to join. After the draw, can start setup the match in RECLUB following the timetable given. • Go through checklist and follow up on medals, medicals, insurance, backdrop, etc to finalize on the delivery date.
